Supercross Gives Back

Six industry people take the time from the press conference before the first ever Supercross at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, to give a 'shout out' to military members still based in Iraq: Davi Millsaps of the Muscle Milk Toyota JGR team, Trey Canard (the 250 MX Champion), Jeremy Albrecht and Justin Brayton of Muscle Milk Toyota Joe Gibbs Racing, Ryan Dungey (the defending Supercross and motocross Champion), and Chad Reed (two time Supercross champion and MX Champion).

Red Bull Teka KTM's AMA Supercross Lites team, Musquin & Roczen

Supercross.com has communicated with KTM regarding their 2011 AMA Supercross East and West Regional Lites Supercross program.

Ken Roczen, who will be racing with the number 194, will contest the West Supercross Series.

World Motocross Champion of MX 2, Marvin Musquin, will not be racing until the first AMA National Motocross in May. Marvin suffered a broken ligament in his knee, requiring major surgery. He is recovering and in therapy now, and although not racing AMA Supercross in 2011, is looking forward to racing the MX Nationals starting in Sacramento in May.

Super X 2010 series washed out

Racing was more like survival. The start strait had half a foot of water laying over a large part of it. Ruts developed during the night that went down to the ply underlying the dirt and were trapping bikes as they were deeper than the clearance between the wheel base and the pegs. No one was jumping anything by the time the finals were underway.
